Although you might have heard term Rebuilding but but many don’t really know what is a rebuilt and
what goes into processes of rebuilding a motor, Here we will try to Explain Breifly what is a Rebuilt
and whether your motor really needs one.

Dose your motor need a rebuild?

There are multiple reasons why should consider rebuilding, but most of the Motors are Rebuilt due
to mechanical failure. This can be caused due to oil starvation, Premature parts Failure, Excessive over
heating or normal wear due to age of the motor. Here at Just Jap we contact extensive checks before making
the call for the rebuild.
Although it might be diffcult for individual to tell whether their motor needs a rebuilt or but Here are Some Common Symptoms that tells you its time for a rebuild.
-Excessive ticking or Knocking noise from the motor

What is Done During the Rebuild

We (at Just jap) Remove the motor and Completely Dismantle the motor top to bottom
The Block along with Cylinder head, Crank, Pistons and rods are Sent to Machine shop
for Clearance check and reconditioning.
After the Critical parts are Checked and Reconditioned we bring it in house and Start Re-assemblying.
During the Re-assembley Process we Replace all the Seals and gasket along with all the worne parts
to ensure engine is 100% up to spec….
